When
I try to run MyV3RTS, it won’t run
and instead gives me the message “Other
anti-virus software is installed.”
What is s wrong? |
| |
MyFirewall will prevent MyV3RTS from
running if it detects that other similar
programs are already running. If anti-virus
programs from HAURI, TrendMicro, McAfee
and/or Symantec, are found installed on
the computer, this message will appear.
If any of those four programs are installed,
please remove them first before running
MyV3RTS. |

|
An error
occurred during installation and now I
cannot seem to run MyV3 RTS properly.
What should I do? |
| |
Errors can occur during installation
or execution when the system is unstable
or the network/server has a problem. Such
is the nature of the Internet and sometimes
these things are beyond our control. When
this occurs, stop running the program,
close the web browser, and re-start the
program later. If the problem continues,
this indicates that the problem occurred
while downloading MyV3RTS. In this case,
we recommend you to use the Add/Remove
Program function in your Windows operating
system to remove the downloaded program,
and then re-download. |

|
How do
I pause or stop the program? |
| |
To minimize damage caused by viruses,
we recommend you to run MyV3 Real-Time
Scan (RTS) while your computer is on.
However, if you are in the middle of a
specific task that requires pausing or
ending MyV3RTS, go to the system tray
(at the lower right-hand side of the screen
where time is displayed) and right-click
on the MyV3 RTS icon. You can select the
appropriate option from the choices which
appear on the menu. |
| |
| 4. |
How do
I remove the program completely? |
| |
If an error occurs due to problems with
the network, during program installation,
or you no longer want to use the program
and want to remove MyV3 Real-time Scan
completely, then please use the removal
program provided. Before removing the
program, you must stop running MyV3 RTS
and also close the web browser through
which you installed MyV3 RTS. |
